QUICK SPECS >>

  • The foundation walls have been installed and the stair tower and elevator shafts are topped out.

  • Welders and large steel beams will arrive on-site as we move up out of the foundation to start working on the podium level (first floor above parking), which will be the focus of the rest of the month.

  • Spring weather and the sunshine we've had thus far in March has brought some momentum and speed to the work.
