Spring weather and the sunshine we've had thus far in late spring brought some momentum and speed to the work.
Currently, we’re right on schedule! As progress on framing continues through the rest of May into June, we’ll start to see wood stairs and wood stair railings go in.
LAST MONTH:
The foundation walls have been installed and the stair tower and elevator shafts are topped out.
Welders and large steel beams will arrive on-site as we move up out of the foundation to start working on the podium level (first floor above parking), which will be the focus of the rest of the month.
