As progress on framing continues and we see The Stephenson reach its full height - we’re seeing these modern condos really start taking shape.
Window installation is nearly complete, and preliminary balcony decking can be seen on some of the exterior units.
In the coming weeks, we expect to see the exterior masonry start to go up and our crews move inside.
LAST MONTHS Update:
Even after facing some delays, progress on framing continued and we saw The Stephenson going vertical. As they quickly moved into waterproofing and stair installation, the crews on-site worked diligently to deliver high-quality construciton.
